What we collect

• Loan-related information you tell us about, such as what you are looking for and the figures you share.
• The content of your conversations with the site assistant.
• Website visit statistics (such as pages viewed and device or browser type).

How it is used

• To reply to your enquiry.
• To pass your enquiry and the details you shared to Arrivau, our partner licensed home loan broker, so they can follow up with you. This happens only when you have chosen to leave contact details.
• To improve the site and the service.

The on-page tool

The fixed-versus-variable tool does its arithmetic in your browser on the figures you type in. Please do not enter account numbers, tax file numbers, passport details or other identifying information in the tool or in a chat message.

Conversations are saved

Conversations with the site assistant are saved so we can provide the service, follow up on enquiries and review answer quality.
